I seriously think that you should all give this a try. I found the recepie on the weight watchers website.
It’s delicious. “Oh god, she’s going to poison us all”, my brother teased when he saw me cutting up some chicken. My mom kept walking by and putting her brow up at me, and saying “Well, i guess i’ll give it a try”. When they finally tried it they were amazed. “Wow, this is really good!”, they kept telling me. I know, i know. Anyway. Give it a try. It’s delcious, and only 5 points! Today i’ll try the chicken parmigiana!
| Chicken Teriyaki with Broccoli POINTS: 5 INSTRUCTIONS 1 spray(s) cooking spray
Add scallions; cook until soft, stirring, about 2 minutes. Add broth and teriyaki sauce; simmer until chicken is cooked through and sauce reduces slightly, about 5 minutes. Spoon 1/2 cup of cooked rice into each of 4 shallow bowls; spoon about 1 cup of chicken mixture and 1/2 cup of broccoli over each serving. |
